Alchemist Infra Realty — Payment not received after over of maturity period

I was fixed the amount of rs10000 for period of six years,
Date of inception-2009
Date of maturity-2015.
They given me a payment advance chequeno - s 0036239, dated 3/3/2016 & that will valid only for their counter.
And now they are saying they are not received the amount from the headquarter

Pls help how i will gate my money

Updated by nkdm i was complained on 27 july 16 about the problem
how much time will required for solve this problem
what do u mean like that only notified n nothing has to done like a farss or fooling the people
kindly update when i will get my money back?
