Recently purchased earrings as a gift for a friend was a complete disappointment
Not worn it more than once the (Small hook) joining the two ends from the earrings falls off!!
Being a loyal customer does not justify the loss
Post that, visited the store to give a feedback regarding the product, the attendant was not interested in listening to the complaint.
Expect a refund/ repair asap.
