I am from Cochin Kerala. I paid for a pair of boots from Aldo Orion mall bangalore on 31 st December 2023. They said they will courier my boots within a week as they didn’t have the size at that time . I have not received my boots till date . I called them
For an an update about my product . They are very vague to my queries and they keep telling me they will call back . It is been 6 weeks and I a have not received any information from them . They are not giving me a reply when I call. Since I am in a different state I can’t go personally there to enquire . Hence I am registering a complaint .

The product delivered was completely different.

I had purchased an Aldo bag from Shopper Stop store in Kolkata but due to lockdown I had started using it on a later date. On the 1st day itself the upper skin came out and it got torn from beneath. I have tried reaching out to both Aldo as well as Shoppers stop but they are totally not cooperative. I even asked them to repair it and I was ready to bear the cost but they totally denied. Such a poor service from two such good brands. Really a harassment taking to them and getting disappointed.

Bought Aldo shoes 2 months back and hardly wore them 2-3 times. The entire upper has completely worn out and it looks horrible. Can’t believe it is ALDO quality!!! Will never buy again

Never buy from aldo worst service wastage of money. They puts their hands up when go back for service.

Were picked 20 days back but my refund has not come till now

I am a customer who placed an online order from your website aldoshoes.in for order ID FYMP5F55AD4F0107EC83 on 7th of Sep.
I placed a return and refund for the boots after 24 hours, they have been collected from the address but there is no status for refund even after 28 days of filling the return.

I have been writing mails every alternate day to [protected]@majorbrands.in and [protected]@majorbrands.in but have received no refund but have received no effective response.

The customer care India number +91 [protected] says it is INVALID and no one seems to reply to emails.

How can such respectable brand treat their customer like this? This is highly disappointing.

Hi, I ordered Aldo bag from the brand website which i returned in 2 days.

The product was picked & I got mail that refund is initiated on 14th Aug under ticket no FYMP5F26E2F3010AF161.

Till date, I haven't received the refund.

I placed a return for the order ID FYMP5F0EC413016E1375, and the product left my residence in Delhi, and their head office is in Gurgaon. The customer care after 15 days is telling me that the product is still in transit somewhere near Telangana and we can refund only post that.

They clearly lost the product and upon further enquiry, they cut the phone and then no responses over mail or cal.

In the era of digitalization, how much time does it take to process the refund when the payment was made online?
These people are neither taking calls nor responding to emails.

Pathetic experience! Placed a return online but refund is not credited.

I’m a regular aldo customer, i had purchased aldo shoes from dlf saket, new delhi but found it defective after a couple of weeks, i approached the store authorities to look after my problem, they directly refused to replace or repair my shoes. I buy it for inr11000rs. Could you please help me out to replace those shoes.

I had purchase the shoes from aldo store located ata infinity mall malad mumbai. The colour of shoes faded after applying aldo clean smooth leather cleaner. This is not at all expected from your brand. I approached the branch manager to refund me for that but he denied. He told me that your brand has only exchange policy and not refund. I request you to refund me for the shoes which i purchased and get faded after applying your brand cleaner.

I have purchased aldo bag from the store pavallion mall ludhiana with in 10 days the strap of bag got damaged, i went to store at silver arc mall ludhiana they took 1 moth to replace and before that they were dragging me there and there now when i got new bag which was replaced after using for 20 day it got torned heights. This means aldo is fake.

Pathetic and most torturous experience one can have. I paid in full for two of my shoes that i bought from aldo mall of india store under the bill [protected].
Been over 1.5 months and there no update on my shoes. My money is blocked with you guys for no reason. Sales person at the store is least bothered to keep a check in the order status or even to take calls, and resolve the concern.

I have purchased one ALDO shoes model ETIRANIEL which was imported in the month of March, 2018 and was in a limited stock. I had purchased the said shoes for an amount of Rs.16, 999/- in the month of April, 2018 from ALDO SHOE STORE, ELANTE MALL, INDUSTRIAL AREA, PHASE-I, CHANDIGARH. I am a regular customer of ALDO shoes but this time I realised my Shoe Leather detaching from sole. I am hereby annexing the pictures of my shoes and of the box. I never wore them casually, that can also be gathered from the base of the shoe. Its very disheartening to see my shoes like this after spending so much amount on them. Please do the needful. I will be grateful.

I bought aldo bag from bangalore but within 2 days the aldo logo came off, i got it replaced from select city walk delhi, they exchanged it saying a new piece but again the aldo logo came off in the first use, it is such a pathetic manufacturing.
I spent 9000 on this bag and also my time in replacing but again same issue.
And now they are not answering my concern over email and i also cannot visit the store because i am not in india.

This is not the first time i’m experiencing such a situation with aldo. Everytime i decide not to buy this brand again, but then end up choosing it cos of design preferences. But to be very very frank, the leather quality is horrible. Having such an experience, i was very careful in using my aldo flip flop. But i have experienced the same issue again, the so called leather just peels off like burnt paper. I would really appreciate if i could get an explanation for this, failing to which i wish to consult my legal advisor in this regard.

Have bought loafers (Office shoes) from aldo from aldo kurla phoenix market city store - mumbai.

The shoe was bought in sale, though with the comfort given by the sales team that the shoes have life time warranty for stitches and glued areas.

Almost within a month the shoes started making squeaking noise while walking.

When i went back to the store the guys gave an explanation that most shoes make noise on marble floors etc.

I again went back after 2 days as the noise became very irritating and it sounded like small kids shoes making squeaking noise.

After lot of pursuance the store took the shoes for pasting with timeline of 2 weeks. (Repair note number 6974)

After 2 weeks i have called the store and made to be on hold for 10 mins!!! Only to hear that it will take another 1.5 weeks!!!

It takes 3.5 weeks to get the sole of a shoe pasted!!!

Got the shoes back finally but still the same issues.

Email to aldo have not been responded, their website have numbers which are either not picked or are picked up by accounts department.

Absolutely disappointed with aldo as a brand and with the phoenix market city store.

I expect some serious look into the product and service quality.

Today evening i bought shoes & sleepers on sale. I thought i should go for another pair of shoes instead of slippers. I went back to aldo, select citywalk saket, delhi, india to exchange the sleepers with new pair of shoes.

I was back in the store within 15 minutes & requested the manager to exchange the slippers with new pair of shoes, he bluntly said no. On 9th of july i.e yesterday I purchased a bag with barcode 56264697 and got 40 percent on the bag plus 5 percent promotional discount on hdfc card in pacific mall, delhi. Later, on same day in the evening I went to aldo accessories store located in mall of India, noida, I again wanted to purchase one more bag, they were giving the 40 percent off but said that the 5 percent hdfc discount is not applicable now and when I showed them my bill of last purchase on the same day, they started making the false excuses. Recently purchased earrings as a gift for a friend was a complete disappointment
Not worn it more than once the (Small hook) joining the two ends from the earrings falls off!!
Being a loyal customer does not justify the loss
Post that, visited the store to give a feedback regarding the product, the attendant was not interested in listening to the complaint.

Expect a refund/ repair asap.

I bought one bag from aldo store in saket mall worth rupees 7999 now with in six and seven months there zip is not working and leather is also coming out. And when i visit to aldo store there manager (Kritika srivastava) was very rude and denied to take the positive action for that. This is really very bad and cheap. I suggested to all my friends and customers not to buy aldo brand ever, because of there cheaper quality and third class customer service...

I bought a pair of tan boots from mall of india store delhi...2 left foot boots were packed and given to me...on returning to the store the manager and his staff wer rude and forced me to buy 4m their particular store ...i want to buy 4m different branch of aldo. I called the manager several times but he did not pick the calls. Plz h elp.
For the fault of the store staff why am i made to pay.

I had got an aldo bag some time ago.. I hadnt use it for a while n thus the leather has started coming off. The leather from the handle n front side is also coming off. I am unable to use the same coz the leather is ripping off. Please help coz that bag is really expensive

I took the bag to the local person, he said the quality of leather is not good hence it is coming off. I request you to either help me repair the same or give me a solution for the same

We bought an aldo shoe from your store in viviana mall, thane. The product was faulty and we promptly returned it back for repair work as needed.
All the while we have been interacting with your store manager, anushree, who has been non committal to our query of either providing repaired product on time or issue a credit note.. All we are getting is excuse that you dont have vendor to repair and that she cant do anything about it. And today after lot of discussion - and email id - [protected]@major brands.in was provided for issue resolution and that may be by next week we will get the product back.

Its almost a month after that discussion also and there is no revert from them

I visited aldo, viviana mall outlet, thane today regarding reparing of a damaged footwear bought from the same outlet. At the time of purchase i was been told that i have lifetime free warranty on stiching and pasting. If damaged for any other reason it will be repairable but chargable. I had bought my footwear few months back and now they are saying they cant repair it. The store manager anu told me that i need not argue as there is no point having the conversation. I was zapped that a big brand like yours gives such training on grievances handling.
I also wish i get a explanation on such poor quality which gets damaged within a year and ofcourse is expensive.
Would appreciate a solution soon.

I bought aldo shoes a month back from orion mall, rajajinagar, bangalore. The quality of shoe is so bad that the thread and stitches are coming out. What is surprising is this is one month old shoes. I walked into the store today[protected] in person to share my concern. The person who attended me was a store manager. He was careless and insensitive to what i am saying. He told me that all the shoes will tear like this in one month, so there is no gaurantee for any shoes. He even justified by showing his old shoes that this is the condition after one month. What was bizarre here is he was not apologetic towards customers and not even offered to repair my new shoes.. I find this careless and arrogant behavior from the store.
