Aldo - India — Poor quality of product | |||||
Last few months back I purchased Aldo Sunglasses from Malad Inorbit. Quality is so cheap that one side of the frame is lose. When I visited the Malad Inorbit for the same concern Executive said we dont have repair department hence you have to do it on your own. We can't help you in this case. Now, this is the Customer Service then while purchasing Aldo executive should have specified that if any concern arises with the product you have to do it on your own. Now I feel helpless and annoyed with this brand. Very dissatisfied with this type of customer service. Will never ever recommend this brand to anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||||
