I placed a return for the order ID FYMP5F0EC413016E1375, and the product left my residence in Delhi, and their head office is in Gurgaon. The customer care after 15 days is telling me that the product is still in transit somewhere near Telangana and we can refund only post that.
They clearly lost the product and upon further enquiry, they cut the phone and then no responses over mail or cal. Was this information helpful? |
