HI

I have 30000 rs in my Demat account. on the Thursday, I have earned something around 15000 rs on Friday 20th. I have taken the crude oil of 5 lots on February 20th in the cover order but the trade has to be closed on the same day but Alice Blue India had closed the next day . Because of closing the next day, i have lost everything in my Demat account and when asked about this, they said the management has decided not to refund the amount.

Please help us in regards to get the amount in the Demat account

We are extremely sorry about the issues that you faced on 20th Feb 2020 on our trading platforms.

Usually all MIS, BO, CO positions Square off should happen before 11:40PM by client end also unfortunately our RMS auto square off was also not executed the trades at that time and it has been squared off next day opening bell.

We have identified what caused issue and hopefully should not repeat going forward.

Already it is more than 7 days, I have raised the concern on the next day and you people said that it will get resolved and the management will take the decision.

Updated by vinnie2009 As admitting that their fault of closing the next day and not refunding the amount which is 30000 rs +15000 rs. Please take severe action against these people for making the mistake from their end and not returning the amount.
