Aliens Developers — Aliens Space Station - Not yet refunded the Cancellation Money

I have booked a Flat in Aliens Space Station in April, 2021 and Paid 5, 00, 000 initially. Everything was going well as planned. We were all affected by COVID and recovered from that. Due to this unexpected situation I have gone through a serious Financial Crisis and had no choice so canceled this Booking in June. Initially they said we can get cancellation amount within a month or two. But they have given the Cancellation Deed with Dates November/December/January/February, 2002 Now it is around March, But still I haven't received payment for November & December. After seeing many complaints here, it Seems these people are simply troubling all the customers. Really worried so please let me help to resolve this issue.
