We booked a Flat in Aliens Space Station in 2006. Flat No: 829. Till date we have paid around 18 Lakhs to the Builder and till date our flat is NOWHERE near beginning, forget about completion. It will take another 2-3 years to even near completion. We had invested money with a plan and now we really need the returns and cannot wait for another 3 years (if not more).
We have been in contact with Aliens Customer Care and we were assured of a Resale with a profit of 8 - 10 Lakhs, since the rates have increased. After repeated follow ups, we were promised a sale by Dec 2012 by them. We could not contact them since then. Now a new person in Aliens Customer Care says he can only cancel the booking and return the amount paid by us "with no deductions". This is what we get after being with the company for 6 Years???
Our Hard Money has been blocked for all these years, we paid EMI, and now only thing Aliens can offer is giving money back "with no deductions". Simple maths tells us that the money would have doubled in a normal fixed deposit itself. We are now exploring options to get the money back from Aliens with interest. We have all the required documents and mails from Aliens Customer Care promising the Resale.
Please help!!!

We had booked a flat on Alien's Space Station 1, Tellapur and paid a booking amount of Rs. 2,50,000 (Two Lakhs Fifty thousand) and decided to cancel the booking as we came to know about the builder and his market reputation.
Before any process was initiated we decided to cancel and requested for refund from the builder. We have been trying for refund in last 3 months and each time we call them we have been receiving different information.

For instance in our 1st call they said they will refund the full amount by July, I requested to try it for much earlier and I was asked to call back to get the latest update in couple of days. When I called up they said their funds are blocked till November 2012 so they cannot refund my amount till Nov 2012 and also I will be getting a PDC for Rs. 2,00,000(Two Lakhs). I refused the same they asked me to come to office on 11/02/2012. We went there they said they could release only 1.5 lakhs that also after August 2012.

They are also saying that we had signed on a Customer Information sheet so as per company policy there will be a deduction of minimum 50,000. We are repeatedly saying them what we signed is just a information sheet it is not any formal agreement and we have not proceed further with any kind of legal documentation to have any such implication on our initial deposit.

Hence we request to look in to this complaint and help us our booking amount back. We have also taken this money from an outside lender for interest, we are either way loosing the money. Please do call us for further information on[protected]/[protected].

I have booked the Flat at Aliens Space Station 1 of Aliens Developers.
And Paid the advance and was willing to pay the remaining money as per the payment terms agreed.But inspite of my repative request to make the formal agreement or Agreement of Reservation for the Flat no 601.Agaisnst which i have paid the money.Builder is not willing to provide any agreement as he have sold that Flat no 601 to some one else at a higher price for which he has taken the advance money from me.Now he is not allocating me any flat and asking me to pay higher price then what was agreed and take the flat at a Higher floor by paying floor rise charges.
Please help me in getting the flat for which I have paid the money to the Builder.
I have the receipt as well which Builder has given to me for the advance i have paid to him and over there it is clearly mentioned the Flat not 601.
