I, Ram Kumar Pandey owner of Flat no C-208 SG Grand Raj Nagar Extension, want to bring this matter into your notice that The owner of *Flat no C-108 Mr Shashank Aggarwal* has covered his complete balcony with tin shade yesterday evening. This is an illegal construction and individual has neither taken consent of 2nd floor owner nor AOA/ President of the society. As I am presently not residing there because of my job, he has taken advantage and forcefully constructed inspite of our denial. As a resident of 2nd floor due to this I will be facing adverse consequences related to safety and security as safety measures were not adhered while installing this temporary shade. This will lead to spread of various water borne diseases and we will not able to clean as well due to its temporary construction and slippery surface of tin after prolonged use. Please look into matter seriously and illegal construction without prior approval of GDA may please be stopped.

I am the owner of Flat F - 504 at SG Grand, Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad.

My registration was done in January 2022 mentioning car parking number as 179 A LBC. I have shifted in this month and facing serious issue with my car parking.

1. I reside in F Tower and the location of my parking has been marked recently under C Tower, which is diagonally opposite and far away from F Tower.

2. Also the parking space has been allocated in the middle of pillars making it difficult to park and come out.

3. I have senior citizens in my family and I am also 56 years old having knee pain. It is difficult for us to walk such a long distance every day to go and return from parking 3-4 times a day.

4. Many Flat Owners of C Tower have been allocated their parking under F Tower whereas I have been allocated parking under C Tower which seems to be illogical.

5. I have been asking for my parking under my own F Tower since the day of my booking of flat in May 2019, which was repeatedly ensured by your booking site office, led by Mr. Deepak Jha.

In view of above, I request you to change and mark my car parking under F Tower.

I am Gyanendra Singh Owner of Apartment No. P-307 on the 3rd floor Sg grand society Rajnagar extension Ghaziabad.
It mail is regarding the Covered car parking issue.
Sir, you are requested to Our car parking (Apartment No. p-307, Tower-B(pearl) has car parking space bearing no. Stilt-03 is very narrow due to its proximity to both the front pillars which makes it smaller in size. There is a lot of problem in parking the car too Before us a tenant lived in my house he had Hyundai motor's Grand I 10 Neos car his car hit the pillar many times due to which he stopped parking the car sir I want to tell you that I have booked Tata Nexon car which I will get by February end which will create a big problem for me due to small parking and if I park my car somewhere else, it will cause a quarrel in the society, so it is a humble request to you to change my car parking and please give a big car parking in this stilt itself.

I have been telling this problem of mine in the maintenance office for the last 2 months. But there was no solution to it.
So I kindly request you to give me a bigger car parking so that my problem will be solved.

I hv same issue before registery at that they was painted wall and say we will resolve problems but problem come again at this rainy season so pls resolve mey problem as soon as possible.

I am owner of D207. Resident of D107 are planing to shade their balcony without our approval. They have already put shade below my Bedroom earlier which look very unhygienic and we are not using that balcony, that too without our approval. Now they are planning to shade almost entire balcony, its against policies and against GDA rules also. I have already given written complain to Mr. Santosh Pandey (Maintenance Manager) and mailed also keeping Rajnish Jee in cc. Please, help.

I am Divesh Kumar Choudhary owner o[censored]nit C201 in SG Grand society Rajnagar extension Ghaziabad.
Its is regarding Parking issue. Maintenance team have informed me about the wrong delivery of parking unit that is UBC129A allotted to me is allotted to some other owner also.
Now maintenance team wanting me to write him parking change request and he is saying there is no any parking space is available in upper basement .
I am requesting concerned person to intervene and rectify it as soon as possible as I want the spacious parking in upper basement only. I will not compromise with it as it's not my fault.
So do the needful to avoid dispute.

As I have already inform SG GRand Maintenance Manager and given complaint on 02/01/1921 for allote of Flat No E _ 104 for encrochment by covering of open terrace, repeatedly persuing by maintenance Unit for covering the terrace, number of times request made which Show your maintrnance Unit did not do, Please look in to matter and instruct your team to stop such type of encrochment which is violation of agreement made between allotte and builder, such type of activity violating local building law. Look into matter and prevent such type activity

It is to inform you that there is an illegal construction happened Just below my unit that totally distroy my view from my balcony.
Complain about it to the maintenance mail id and to office incharge Mr Santosh Pandey but he says he can't help it.
I am writing this before taking legal action against it.
Do the needful immediately.

I'm the owner of flat c-1501, sg grand, rajnagar extension.
The builder promise me to give possession of my flat till august last but till now no work is done neither house work nor the check visit.
I'm not in that condition to pay the rent of the flat where i am temporarily living and the bank emi simultaneously which cost me around rs. 40000
Please look into this matter.

I have possessed 2bhk study store flat no. E1705 in december 2019 still facing problem of parking because parking allot me in ubc1'c' tower which is not ready
How can you allot a things which is not exist.
After passing 6 months parking not ready or permanent parking not available in ubc1 still now

It's really an amazing posh housing society for staying with family, though i got possession on a delay of a few days, the wait was worth it. There are so many good things about society like all festivals celebrations (Holi, diwali, independence day you name it we celebrate it), green area, peaceful living, stay friendly & organized. The society is safe for children, parents and is completed guarded with guards. Sg grand is one of the only few communities of raj nagar extension which is clean, stay friendly, organized, and better gentry than any other society for sure. The only problem with society is that there are few shops available the shopkeepers charge a bit high price for common items. If you compare it with other real estates out there. Their facilities and price charged by them you'll find sg grand is worth it.

Dear sir,

We the residents of first floor of the society above mentioned. It is submitted that at the time of booking of flat we had booked the
Particular super area of flat which was usual size of the flat for everyone. However, at the time of possession letter and registration of sale deed we have
Been informed that we have been given an open space attached to the flat. We had objected to the unnecessary increase in the area and cost of the flat, however,
We were forced to take the area and pay the additional cost. To avoid the unnecessary litigation we paid the cost and got the flat registered in our name. However, at the
Time of registration of sale deed it was added in the sale deed that we would not be able to create any permanent or temporary structure over the open area.
Now everyday something or the other like iron rod, brick, broom etc. Fall in the said open area and life of our family members are in danger.
We are surprised that how this kind o[censored]nsafe structure has been approved. Kindly, help us and pass an order to the builder to provide safety roof over the open area.
