Security deposit not refunded

My name is shefin shamsudheen. i was stayed in flat no 9E shwas aquacity tricore located in kottapuram. i leave the flat in 1st february. one month before i leaving i already mail to property manager. but i dindnt get my securty deposit yet. many time i contacted property manager and customer relationship manager. they dont respond my phone ....

We rented the apartment located at 16C, Tetra Core by Shwas Homes in Aluva. We had paid 3 months’ security deposit for the flat. According to the rental agreement, the flat was supposed to be vacated on 6th of September 2023, and we vacated and submitted the keys to Shwas Homes on 7th of September 2023 by morning itself. There were no damages made to the property and all the dues were also made clear before handing over the keys.

I vacated from the flat on 31st May 2022 due to poor infrastructure and pathetic customer service. 2 year handover delay

In shwas fortuna, we 73 flat buyers book from 2013, and they promise they will hand over 2016 july, after 5 or 6 time they postponed.
