I am vijay and had booked my ticket from New Delhi to Chennai from flight 6e-443, I reached on the counter within the timeframe but he ignored me and wasted time doing other stuff and so after 10-15 minutes later he check and tell that you just missed the flight, now you need to talk to manager, manager was a pathetic lady with no etiquette manner how to behave and didn't help me through. finally the charged me another 9300 and reschedule me to the next flight.
