I had placed an order for a semi stitched lehenga with this instagram page on 20/07/2017. I got the delivery on 22/07/2017 and paid rs. 1750/- on receiving it. The product that i received looked nothing like what i had placed an order for. It was completely different and looked very cheap and not even worth 1/4th of what i paid.
I tried contacting the owner jia - [protected] who despite being online all the time and constantly posting...

They are chiters. I told them for refund my money for the ugly dress but they does not give any respind.
I saw there site on instagram the pictures of dress were owsome but the material was not good i didnt satisfy with the dress my money waste on this dress and now my really not gonna trust about any online shopping these type of sites also spoils d others site reputation.

My complaint is the same as above.. Exact same. I checked their instagram account and ordered through the number listed there. Before ordering i asked them for an original pic, they said the pic i have is from a client and the lehenga is gonna be the exact same. When i received it, it looked pathetic and no were close to what i have seen in the pic. When i mentioned this to them, they came back saying "but you saw the client pic". My q was so? Its not the same and i need a refund, not even an exchange and i mentioned i would pursue this i consumer court. They asked me to go ahead and denied the refund and exchange!! So bottom line, no courtesy, no customer delight, no acceptance of default, no guilt, no shopping experience. I kindly request you to no shop here. Go to a brick and mortar pay extra, at least you won't lose out on your money and you know what your getting into. This one is blind deceiving a client. And yes, i will be pursuing this in consumer court.!! Good riddance to this pathetic cheat!!

I had made an order for a saree and a stitched blouse through whatsapp based on AEOH's facebook page on 24th Jan 2017 and had made the payment of Rs.1850/- for the saree and Rs. 999 for stiching the blouse. In the month of march i received the saree on a cash on delivery package, so she refunded the money and i had to collect by paying cash. A week later i received the blouse which was not stiched as per the specification and in fact completely difference.

While i brought it to the notice of the propreitor, she acknowledged the fault but did not address it. After several follow ups also she did not respond and now she has blocked my number.

I had placed an order to this instagram shopping site called as above mentioned on the 15th of January, 2017. I had asked about return policy etc, and she replied saying it was "truly representative" and hence no refund but i can exchange if i wasnt satisfied with the material etc. I received the package on 20th January, 2017 and saw it once i reached home. The Picures uploaded and the products looks completely different and was horrible. I texted her again asking for a refund or an exchange and there was hardly any reply from her. She said no refund as it was truly representative but it wasnt. The material wasnt the same as mentioned, nor was the design and pattern, and over all gave a horrible look. I speak Rs. 4, 380/- on it and there was absolutely no reply from her side. I cannot even use it as it looks like costumes and not lehangas. This has mentally traumatised me as I used the money I saved up to buy clothes for my friends wedding and now the wedding is also over. Please help
