All India Council For Technical Education [Aicte] — Regarding money for re evaluation

Sir I am a Mtech student under on of the colleges in JNTU-Hyderabad, I have applied for revaluation, but JNTU-H has not released our results yet, but it has released notification for supplementary exams.. How this is fair to JNTU-H?? Can AICTE will help in any context????????
