      2000 Amt has been debited from card yesterday but the application form did not proceed.. It is showing payment as incomplete while in the bank it is showing payment has been initiated
      . the application has closed today. what do I do?

          I am a candidate for the inicet exam in July . I paid via upi as well as card . The amount got deducted twice and never got updated . I have been checking for it to be updated since then and finally I could view the payment completion on my application but I cannot choose my city choice because five pm applications closed . Many o[censored]s have been struggling with the payment and have not been refunded with the extra amount we paid either . No one picks up phone calls and all number given are faulty . No one replies to emails . Kindly consider reopening the applications as many o[censored]s are still unable to complete it and please rectify this when you do reopen so this does not repeat .

                          One month before while applying for exam online fees registration because of busy website my account has been debited Rs. 2000 accidentally 2 times totally of 4000 Rs.without sucess notice..hereby I send the message that credited to required bank account.

                          Dear Customer, Your transaction of Rs 2000 from IOB Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary BILLDESK account XXXXXXXXXX1702 on 25/03/2021 with BDR 00001258 and on 26/03/2021 with BDR 00001260. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank.

                                Registration ID P[protected]

                                I made a payment via BHIM upi (sbi account) and the money got deducted and it shows on my UPI account that I made a payment to [protected]@hdfcbank for IniCet. However the payment status hasn't been updated on my Inicet page and I'm unable to proceed with the rest of my registration process (center selection). Kindly look into the matter.
                                Inspite of repeatedly attempting to call on the phone numbers provided, no one has picked up.
                                Please resolve the issue at the earliest given the deadline is 22.4.2021 at 5pm!

                                This is so stressful and time consuming and really tedious especially when I have an exam to revise for!!

                                Please someone pick the phone!
