Pls take note that behavior of security guards who were deputed today 30/07/20 at ICMR main entrance in the morning was extremely objectionable, one was of them was mr.khan and one other too ... They talked very disrespectfully without any cause, Khan shouted on me when I asked them to be nice to people ... I just approached them to inquire about way to new building but he misbehaved as I approached to main entrance of ICMR to him... There was no reason to misbehaved as I didn't know that it was ICMR building.
I just want them to improve on behavior and be nice to people...pls escalate to right people and help us . They should be briefed on behavioral issues ..

      Sir, i am drishti tiwari i applied do ug basic registration (Paar). I completed all the steps of the registration except the final step. I got no. Email from aiims as i was informed that when final registration would be started they would inform us. And then when i searched few days back in internet they said due to covid 19dates are extended but last date isnot specified. And since yesterday we are trying to reach aiims help centre due to some issues in filling the final registration but no one is picking the phone sir i know the traffic but my 2days got just wasted due to such issues and finally today at last the registrations are closed.
      Sir kindly help me in filling my final registration. Sir u live in rural area where not much transport is available to get help except from the aiims centre and dur to covid19 everything is closed.
      I can also show you the phone recordings for justification sir please kindly help me..

        On 9th may 2020 i have done the payment of aiims ug course through the sbi the portal. Immediately after paying an amount of rs 1500 is deducted from my account. But when i have gone for further steps of registration, the window is redirected to payment showing that payment is not done. Transaction details are as follows,

        Transaction description-to ecm/5858/aiimsothdrcard \aiimsothdrc, account-xxxxxxxxxx6314-date - 09 may 2020
        I request, please make provisions to refund the amount as soon as possible.

          Hello, this is tejaswini, done payment for aiims registration on 1/04/2020, and received a message from my bank about transaction but payment was not successful, later i paid through debit card and completed my registration but i didn't get the refund of my first payment.
          So kindly look into it.

          According to our records, the amount of rs. 1, 515.00 has been debited from your credit card: xxxx xxxx xxxx 4001 on dated april 01, 2020 towards the merchant: xnchfamsed, and the same was settled by the merchant on dated april 03, 2020.

          This is mail received from my bank. Si please look into it.

            I had made my payment 14/04/2020 for AIIMS BSC Registation...Rs 1500 had debited from my account but transition was not successful.. Transition had made through BOI whose account number ended with 0000361..and pass book transition detail is :- MEDR/XNCHFAMSED/140508/..
            SO, PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..

                Sir,
                This is to bring to your notice that i have applied for the aiims 2019 exam and my registration id is (P[protected]), name sachin singh. I made the payment of rs.1500/- which was successful and my bank account was debited. Yet the aiims site is showing that the payment has not been made. When i am going to make the payment again, a message is coming as below:
                "a payment has already been intiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed."
                It would be most kind of you to look into the matter urgently so that i can complete the application and get the centre of my choice.
                I cannot proceed until and unless the payment is accepted.
                I have tried several numbers that have been provided without any success. I have even sent a mail to 'aiims. [protected]@gmail.com' but have not received any reply as yet.
                Kindly help me as i am worried and cannot concentrate on my studies. My gmail id is:

                  I have completed the Payment of Aiims B.Sc. Nursing(Hons.) through sbi Payment method. Money was deducted form my account( 1500 Rs.). But in my Dashboard it is still showing that Payment is incomplete and Redirecting back to step 4. Kindly look into this matter and refund back my money.

                  Sir, I have added my complaint since 8 days ago. but I didn't get any reply mail from AIIMS Customer Support. My money hasn't been refunded since yet. So what can I do now?

                    I paid 1200 for final registration fees using debit card first. The amount was debited but the payment still showed incomplete. I waited for a day. Nothing happened. I retried payment from payment option 2 this time using upi id. Again the amount was deducted from account but payment showed incomplete status. My city choices are filling fast. Pls look in the matter asap. My registration id is p[protected]

                      I ' suman' applying for aiims msc nursing 2020 had made payment on 28 march 2020 again bcoz earlier payment was not successful. 1200 rs was already debited on 28 march at 10:32 am ist and inb reference no is cpaachegg4. My all friends has filled form and they get payment confirmation as soon as payment was made. City of choice is reducing. Kindly solve my issue i was waiting for this form for so long.

                          I have debited money twice that is 3000/- to fill the form but the status is still showing incomplete while my money has been transferred. Aiims helpline number is not working nor they are replying to the mail. This is a serious and emergency issue

                              I’ve emailed the same complaint along with the payment receipt to [email protected] on 27th March 2020. I received a reply from the same mail address on 28th March that the payment will be processed in 2 days. The following day my AIIMS login page showed that the payment is complete.

                                I had made an payment of 1500 rs on 24th march, 2020 at 8:30 am for my final registration at the aiimsexams.org. The money has been deducted from my debit card (I paid using option2)
                                But still its not showing accepted by the authority. Am showing to do payment again on my profile. I have tried multiple times to refresh my profile and even waited for more than 24 hours for the payment to get accepted but all in vain. I want to choose the centre nearby my city but its seats are getting filled very fast.. I dont know what to do.. Shall i wait more or pay again or will i be refunded? Such are the questions whose i need suitable answers.. Also i did sent an email for the same to aiims but they are not responding. Please resolve this asap. Thank you!

                                  I hv done payment for aiims pg final registration of md/ ms july 2020 session. I couldn't pay thru option 1. So i clicked option 2. Money ws deducted from my account immediately but the site showed payment was not done and i was redirected to step 4 again. This is the second time i m facing this issue and it is causing a lot of inconvenience and disturbance. I want my money to be refunded back as soon as possible. Kindly look into the matter and resolve this issue

                                        My registration id is p[protected]. An error is occuring in the payment gateway for final registration of aiims pg may, 2020. The amount of rs 1500 was deducted from my account once, but the payment was not showed as successful. Subsequent tries are showing - "unable to process your payment". As a result i am not being able to proceed to step 5 that is city choice. Please look into the matter.
