All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — double payment

On 15/02/2018, i registered for the aiims mbbs form the first time i used my debit card the payment was completed by my bank but it did not show on my form so i made thepayment again. The amount of rs.1200 was deducted twice. I went to bank and they said if it was their fault the amount would have been refunded but there was no problem at their end. Dear sir,

I complete the step 1, i did the payment in step 2, after that it quit immediate. so i login in using user id [protected] and password it showing incompete payment. so i did once again payment still it showing incomplete payment but in bank it is deducted twice.
