All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — Mismanagement of the AIIMS staff | |||||
Dear sir, My mother-in-law is suffering from brain tumor, which was diagnosed by aiims about 3 months back. We got the date of the admission to the hospital as 23rd sept, but just 2 days before they told that doctor is not available, and asked us to get in touch with them again in first week of oct. We did contacted them about 4 days back and they said the doctor is available and they can come for the operation. We called again just to confirm on 9th oct, and they said we can come tomorrow i. E. 10th oct morning and they will admit my mother-in-law. When we reached there, the staff told you should have called again in morning around 10am to confirm. Now, the irony here is how do we know that we should call there before 10am. The staff didnt gave proper information, and its very rude. We are not from delhi, and everytime we travel, it takes a journey of about 5-6 hours. She is suffering from pain daily. But these guys just dont care, everytime they will just postpone the things. I would request to the concerned person to take this as a complaint and take appropriate action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
