I have initiated a transaction for payment of INICET Exam registration via https://payments.billdesk.com/bankservices/UPIController? on 01/04/21 at 08:35 pm using UPI ID.The ammount of ₹2000 was debited from my account on payment but the site showed 'This site cann't be reached' and no further processing occurred.The status showing the transaction is successful but no reflection of that in registration site. After completing the transaction two times on 21st April the payment is still not reflecting. Both the times an amount of Rs 2000 was deducted from my account
In total an amount of Rs 4000 has been deducted .Kindly look into the matter and update the payment slot.
