All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — refund of money

Sir
While making payment for aiims entrance exam 2018 for mbbs after transaction processing it showed that payment not completed due to technical error sorry for inconvenience. But money has been debited twice from my account. And still i am not able to choose city and payment is showing incomplete.
Sir plz look after it.

I have done my payment and i have received a receipt also that the payment has been successful but in my dashboard account it is showing that my payment is incomplete. What is the solution for this?
