All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — registration fee paid twice

Sir/madam,
I paid for aiims registration via sbi l that is payment option 1. I have received a payment successful message and the money is debited from my account but the same is not reflected in my login id.

This is a rip off because i had to pay twice. I tried writing a mail to aiims authorsir/madam,
