Sir, This is Dr.Poovvizhi. I have applied for AIIMS MD/MS July 2017 session. I could complete only the first 2 steps and then I proceeded to online debit card transaction and the process got stuck midway. My balance got deducted.But now when I relogin I find the third step that is payment as pending and find an error message stating that the payment for this reference number is already done. I am really fed up as the dates are nearing.
