Allahabad Bank — amazon refund money not credit to bank on my account

I canceled Wed, Mar 6, 2019 Amazon e-commerce site on my personal one product, and they refund money at Rs. 1730, but my bank did not deposit money in my account.
Dear sir please solves this problem & requesting my money back to my bank account.
