Please note, myself Mira MAJUMDER, having a savings a/c in your bank at santoshpur branch, bearing the a/c no. [protected].
I had two amounts to be refunded from AMAZON for the amounts Rs. 229 & Rs. 299 which is initiated from AMAZON's end on 29/04/2019 but as of yet the amount is not in my a/c.

I have had already a word with both the branch manager & the tollfree customer service of your bank but no one is able to help me. Requesting your interference in the matter to sort out the problem.
