Allahabad Bank — atm fraud | |||
I am abhay singh and i am writing this as rs20000 has been withdrawn from my bank using atm card which was present with me but the transaction has been done without atm being physically present. I have my account in allahabad bank sitapur vikash bhawan branch. I have already informed them for the fraud but they also don’t know the location from which the transaction is made. These transactions were made in two slots rs10000 each one at 10.29am and other at 10:33am on date 02/06/2018. Atm card was with me and i was giving my exams in examination centre. I finishing my paper and collected my phone and found two messages of the transaction from bank itself. Please assist me with the further process to get my money back. 236rs has been debited from my account, but today idint done transaction of that cost so may i know the transaction details and where it has been done.? And i want to know the details of credit and debit details kf 24000 as well as.. ! May i know the problem of those fault transactions as early as possible
