i was go many times to gandhi nagar branch of allahabad bank, but the ATM card is not issued to me. the officer said, you'll come after 3 PM, again i'll go to branch next day at 12 PM, the officer said, you'll come at branch after 3 PM.

I am an account holder of Allahabad Bank Madhubani Branch (Bihar). A fraudulent transaction has been taken place in my account no. 107509 through ch no. 825838 for Rs. 75000.00 on 12/02/2009.
