Subject: Notice to quite and for vacating property of my clients Jaswant Rai Jain and others which has been leased out to you on 1.10.1997, as the period of lease has expired and you were required to vacate the premises at the expiry of five years thereafter another term of five years, but as you have failed to vacate the premises.

That on behalf of my clients namely Sh. Jaswant Rai Jain, Smt. Raj Kumari Jain, Sh. Balwant Rai Jain, Sh. Sanjay Kumar Jain, Sh. Basant Kumar Jain, Smt. Nirmal Jain, Sh. Pawan Kumar Jain and Smt. Madhu Jain, residents of 26, Tulsi apartments, Sector 14, Rohini, Delhi, I hereby serve you the following legal notice:

1. That my clients are owners of property situated on Jhajjar Road Rohtak known as Mehtab Bhawan, Rohtak, Ground Floor total area 2715 Sq. ft. and the same was leased out to you for a period of five years commencing from 1.10.1997. A registered lease deed dated 20.2.1998 was executed between my client and you wherein it was stipulated that the property shall be leased to you for five years commencing 1.10.1997 at a monthly rent of Rs.9502.50. A condition of the lease was that you had option to renew the said lease upon the same terms with rent increase by 20% for a further period of five years only. No further option was allowed to you for renewal of the lease.

2. That at the expiry of first period of five years you had opted for renewal of the lease and the same stood renewed for another period of 5 years expiring on 30.9.2007.

3. That my clients do not want to keep you as lessee in the demised premises any longer and have asked to vacate the same. My clients had also intimated to you on 1.8.2007 that they required the premises for their own purpose and that you are requested to give them peaceful possession of the premises on or before 30.9.2007.

4. That despite asking by my client you have failed to vacate the premises though you are a statutory Institution and a Scheduled Bank which is a Government of India entity. As you are a Nationalized Bank, you are amenable to writ jurisdiction and my clients have instructed me to initiate action against you for recovery of possession of the demised premises.

5. That you are hereby granted 60 days time to vacate the demise premises failing which I have instruction to initiate proceedings against you for recovery of the possession of the above described premises either by filing writ petition in the High Court at Chandigarh or by initiating any other proceedings in accordance with law. The lease executed by my client has already expired on 30.9.2007 and any surviving lease is hereby terminated through issue of this legal notice and at the expiry of 60 days you are required to hand over peaceful possession of the demised premises failing which legal and necessary action shall be initiated as permissible under law.

A copy of the legal notice has been retained in my office for further use, if any.

Sub : Irresponsible and discourteous behavior of Bank official.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that my son Gaurav Tripathi has one Minor S/B a/c 111271 U/G of Neera Tripathi
(mother) since 2001 in your Bank, Main Branch at Allahabad.

He was minor at the time of opening of a/c now he is major. He is going for professional studies so he was in need
of one Credit card. I contacted bank for the same and it was told that this is a minor a/c so Credit card can not issued
on this a/c for that it has to be converted to Major a/c first only then Credit card will be issued.

As per Bank requirement I had submitted all required documents which were told one by one, before one month.

On 4th Aug'10 a Debit card no.[protected] has been issued after several persuasion and attempts.

On 18th Aug'10 my son requested Bank to issue a cheque book and the request was denied stating that your a/c
is still minor a/c and concerned dealing person advised that first get it convert to major a/c only then cheque book
will be issued.

It is very contradictory that first instance it was told that Debit card can not be issued on minor a/c then how this Debit credit
has been issued when a/c is still minor on 18th Aug'10 and request for cheque book is being denied.

I went to Branch Manager to enquire about this but his attitude was very very Irresponsible and discourteous and said
he can not do anything on this subject and it is your duty to get it done from dealing person by submitting again all
necessary required documents.

Sir, do you think the way he has ordered me is as per business ethics and what is guarantee that after submitting again all
necessary required documents it will be done .

Is it responsibility of a customer to run from one table to other table to get his work done?

Sir, I am associated with this branch since 1985, I would request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Hello,
I am Subhash Kanojia, and i have a salary account in Allahabad bank , miller ganj branch, Ludhiana. Last month i got to know that an amount of RS. 10,000/- was withdrawn from my salary account by the bank itself. When i inquired the matter with the bank personnel. First they tried to ignore the matter by the excuse that the person who deals with this matter is absent. But when i still tried, they told me that, 3-years ago, they wrongly deposited the amount of Rs. 10,000/- in my account which is withdrawn last month. They even show me a letter which had names and account numbers of those people whose account has been credited like mine.The bank manager did'nt met me.

My question is, How can a nationalised bank can do such a mischief thing with an account holder without prior notice?

I dont have any details regarding any kind of wrong deposit of Rs.10000/- in my account as its 3 year old issue!

Dear Sir,
I am an account holder of Allahabad Bank Madhubani Branch (Bihar). A fraudulent transaction has been taken place in my account no. 107509 through ch no. 825838 for Rs. 75000.00 on 12/02/2009. The amount was fraudulently withdrawn from my account. I have lodged a written complaint to Branch Manager, Madhubani Branch and a copy of it has been sent to CMD, GM and RM of Allhbad Bank. But till date I am waiting for their response. As I am a retired teacher and I have only these savings for spending rest of my life without giving any burden to my son. It is very disgusting and harassing from bank side.

I am posting my complaints on your site so that atleast justice should come. I hope all your co-operation in disposing my complaints earlier as 01 year has alreay spent.

I have made the complain in concerning branch on dated 23.02.2010 and the 02 reminders on dated 26.02.2010 and 04.03.2010, but unfortunately bank doesn't take any concrete solution and problem exiting till today.

Six FDR’s on the name of Vinnie Jain daughter of my daughter Anu Gupta (divorcee of Mr. Sanjai Jain Moradabad) of the amount of Rs. 2,49,000.00 with maturity amount of Rs. 2,90,965.00 on 31.3.2008 were sent to Allahabad Bank Gandhi Nagar Moradabad through Oriental Bank of Commerce clock tower Dehradun. Vide application dated 26.12.2009 and were resubmitted on 21.1.2010 (copy attached) dully attested signature of Vinnie Jain by bank as well as her appointed guardian Anu Gupta (Mother) by the court.
The guardianship embossed on FDR’s as Mr. Sanjai Jain was pointed out in the Honorable Pradhan Nyayadhish Pariwarik Nyayalaya Dehradun (UK) on the day of Judgment of divorce on 2.4.2008. The Honorable Court gave decision in his verdict “though the guardianship on FDR’s is given as Mr. Sanjai Jain but the same will be with Anu Gupta mother of Vinnie Jain who is appointed guardian of her and the same will be handed over to Vinnie Jain on their maturity (being minor at the time of divorce). Vinnie Jain whose DOB is 19.3.1991 is now 18 year 11 month whose saving account is with OBC Clock Tower Dehradun.
The Allahabad Bank is insisting signature of Mr. Sanjai Jain which is not in order as per court verdict and not possible as my daughter Anu Gupta is staying with me having no connection with Mr. Sanjai Jain and we fear for any type of miss happening with us by him.
You are requested to intervene in the matter and give directive to Allahabad Bank Moradabad.

I see your Education loan Sceme which is published on April 28, 2001 & Scheme No is

Your Scheme say Upto Rs. 2 Lacs have no margin Money or no Security.
But Allahabad bank say you will be pay us Rs. 163100/- + 12% interest. Now Bank Manager also pressure Me & My Father to pay the loan with in one month. Bank also say my total due amount is around Rs 3 Lacs.
Also I had say the Bank Manager about your “Model Education Loan Scheme” but Manager deny this Rule & say They have no receive any Scheme or Norms or Terms or Condition from you.

Now I am working in public sector & Salary is Rs. 5500/- per month. I am not able to pay
Rs 163100/-12% interest (Around Rs 3 Lacs) at a time. I

I requested to you that if you consider the interest against the loan then I able to pay my education loan Rs. 3000/- per month in 55 installment. Please help me. I am helpless.

Dear Sir,

I am pursuing PGDM programme from Jaipuria institute of Management, Lucknow.I have sanctioned education loan initially. Now i am in my last trimester. So there is need of last installment.

I went to bank for the fee but bank manager is troubling me and postponing to give fee further. In last trimester i have paid late fee due to manager. At this time i am approx.1 month late. bank manager's behaviour towards customer and me is very rude.

Placement session has started in my college and i am in my villege for the fee. I am in a big dilemma. My career is in darkness.

Please take proper action to save my future.
