    Sir/Mam,

    We have ordered LG-Split-1.5ton-4 star AC-model-PS-Q19RNYE on amazon.in on 18.09.2022, Order no #[protected]. At the time of ordering the policy was replacement of the unit if there was any manufacturing fault.). Also order for installation Ordered no:#[protected], (AC installation by LG - Chargeable by brand INR1504+stand Rs749, Job no-RNP[protected]. This was need as family member was sick and season temperature was high at item ordered)

    Unit was received on 24.09.2022 and installed on 25..09.2022. At the time of installation the unit was found faulty. LG-technicians person has submitted a report on 01.10.2022. (that also after multiple follow up calls to LG. During this 10-15 days time Amazon does not know the status of the unit. Also no phone or email provided of seller DAWNTECH ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED, Bhiwandi, Thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 421101, nowhere seller come in loop)

    We have informed Amazon that due to all this problem, take the unit back and make a full refund (talk on 01.10.2022). Company informs that they have a replacement policy, if we agree then the process can start. Due to the high cost we thought for one day and called them for replacement.
    Then the company looked into detail and informed us that due to the item cost more than Rs20000 it will take some time to make a decision. We call them again, then the company informs us that only a return is possible due to the non availability of the item. Also stand cost will not be refunded(Rs870), only installation charges will be given(Rs1150).
    Then we inform (on 10.10.2022) that the same item cost is on this date increased around Rs2000 and non useful stand loss adds loss to us. At the end, the company agreed for full return of the amount but not replacement.

    Summary:
    1. Items were not received when needed (summer season and medical requirement).
    2. Phone call for closing the issue and getting a refund. (average 3 calls daily and hold/talk time 15min to 45 min). (ordered on 18.09.2022 and refund on 18.10.2022). Time loss.
    3. Loss of price due to escalation in price, fund block for one month and lots of calls.
    4. Committed replacement policy changed after purchasing the product and without informing customers.
    5. Company is not arranging immediately for replacement and return for large amounts of product. Also two way communication did not take place by email for record proof.
    6. It is strongly required that the seller's (channel partner like Amazon) active contact number and email should be mentioned on the invoice which must be answered by both.

    All authorities are requested to look into and do the needful at the earliest for customer problem resolution.

        I am not received attached order details. But in Flipkart app showing delivered to me. Now customer care executive refuse to help.

        When in app Oder showing out for delivery then I received a call from courier patner & ask me to collect the Oder from his place & refuse to delivery at my address. After few hour later I received a msg that Oder delivered. After received this msg I contact Flipkart customer care but they unable give me the proper issue. Till today I am not received both orders. Amt Rs.495 already paid through online.

        Now request to help me for this type of fraud.

            Hello,

            I had booked a spicejet flight from yatra. But I had to cancel the flight by contacting the spicejet customer care as the flight got delayed . They agreed to refund the full amount but to Yatra in 24 to 48 hours as the bookings were done via yatra. So yatra has to refund me the full amount. But I have heard that yatra give strouble in refunding the amount to customers . So Kindly help me to reach out to Yatra to take the action of refunding the amount to me in next 1 or 2 days as soon as they receive the amount from Spicejet.

                I got my ac repaired but its not working properly.
                Urban company refuses to check the compressor and give me the warranty card.
                Every compressor comes with one year warranty and they have not checked my ac yet.

I have lodged numerous tickets in alliance app and have also visited their office that is north satellite link pvt. Ltd. At paikpara, kolkata. But still after repeated requests there has been no response from them for the last 20 days.

                    I'm aakanksha shrivastava i searched jobvfor work from home by searching i saw a company name avi enterprises located in gujrat (Ketan park) after that they called me and said that they gave me 8 months agreement and they gave me work for captcha fillng 10000 captcha in 10 days. I stated filling captcha but they didn't work properly i called them for asking about problem in captcha fillng but they did not respond. After 10 days they called me and said that i did not complete my work i told them about the problem but they were not listening. Before starting work they told me that u have to pay 6900 registration fee i[censored] not complete ur work. I said ok but they never told me about any kind of more money should i give. I started work in march 2020 only 10 days and i paid them 20000 now they are threatening me again and again and blackmailing. And said for take a legal action. Plz help me sir, 👋

                      Sir, i have booked flight from chennai to delhi by spice jet on 21 may 2020 atvaround 2200 hrs and i got a message that pnr no. For your journey from chennai to delhi is l6i8yl. But i didn't get any confirmation mail. But amount of 8754 inr has been debited from my credit card. I tried to get my ticket on mail then it shows like myy pnr closed, i tried to call 3-4 times to coustmer care for issue but nobody attending the call. Then i chat with spice jet caht facility and they assure me to give refund in my credit card account.in evening of 22nd may i got mail that theyvare giveng me credit shell balance, i have alreadt booked chennai to delhi flight by air asea flight and in future i don't want to journey with any ofvflight, as i came toba poor family and due to ongoing situations i am needy so traveling with flight, spice jet looting my money without booking my ticket, now they are giveng my money back as credit shell which is not needed. Pls. Help sir. I am attaching some evidence of incidence for reference,.

                            My paytm account no. Is [protected].
                            On 14/02/2020, i received call from no.[protected], saying, kyc updating is pending and account will be blocked, today. Replied i will go to kyc center and do it. He said, not required, follow the steps i say, it will be done through your cell.

                            He asked to login to paytm account and asked to go to pay and then asked to type debit card number. Replied, card is not available now as i am not in my house. When will you reach house? Replied, at least 1 hour. He said, contact you after 1 hour; but not contacted

                            Then i went to kyc center and i updated. (14/02/2020).

                            On 15/02/2020, the same person was again on line and told, kyc is to be done now, as it could not be done yesterday. Replied kyc was done from kyc center, yesterday itself. He said, it can't be done like that, you have to do and insisting to login to paytm account. I didn't agree. He told, your account will be blocked. I said, 'ok'.

                            Call ended. Seems this call is from fraudster. But there was no warning from paytm from such cheats.

                            If this is from fraudster, you my give cautions to the customers.

                                Sir, we asked for help from the consumer court like grahak surakshasewa to get our money returned, they told us a payment receipt of ₹ 10, 200 for our money return because we have deposited them. They gave us 1 month but it has been 2 months. If he is not returning our money nor has he been able to get the money, then we request you. Please take some concrete steps and our such a company which convinces the customer to take money from them, is unable to get their work done. Because the customer is deceived.                                     I have ordered a Camera from Amazon.in, The camera does not solve the purpose, I had ordered it for so requested the return for same and after cancelling my product pickup for 8 time, Amazon.in customer want me to courier it to their warehouse. The delivery services they are providing is really pathetic and customer support is zero from their side.

                                      Madam/sir,

                                      It took me some time to get back to you for which i express my regret. I am very much disappointed with the treatment that i have received from such a reputed organization like yours. Specially when you are carrying the name of 'tata', which symbolizes the dignity of a business. I had subscribed the above referred policy, in the year 2003. After paying premiums for 3 years, i could not continue the same. Last year (I. E.2018) i have found that the tenure of the said policy has already got matured. I had rang up your helpline-phone. The lady on the other side informed me that the policy is already over and i had not continued the samefor the full term, i ma entitled to receive rs.4, 376.27 only, on submission of my original policy to any of your branch in my nearby location. Accordingly i had gone to your branch at taratala road crossing, new alipore, i had visited your branch on a saturday and the person at the gate told me that all the official claims are to be lodged between monday-friday and within the time period of 10-30 to 03-30, in a week. I had visited the branch, once again, taking a leave from my office, the gentleman who had attended me also checked my details in his pc and told me that i am entitled to get a sum, same as mentioned above, on submission of my original policy along with the self-attested copies of my pan card, aadhaar card, one copy of my photograph and one cancelled cheque of my bank account, but this claim had to be lodged at either of your two offices at (1) mangoe lane or (2) howrah, near golabari. As my office was close to the howrah office i had visited your branch on 28/06/2019 and filled up forms as per the guidance from your official. Then the gentleman received all the documents (Original policy, pan-card-copy, aadhaar-card-copy, my photograph and a cancelled cheque of my account with oriental bank of commerce), and told me that my account would be credited with the proceeds within 10 working days.
                                      On the non-receipt of fund i made an inquiry in your helpline and from there i was told thati am not entitled to receive any money against my said claim, which shocked me very much. An organization of 'tata; is engaged in deceiving practices is very hard for me to beleive. Then i wrote a mail to you and subsequently received a call in this regard which was also not very encouraging.
                                      My question is that if i am not entitled to receive any money from the above referred policy, then why it was not told by any of your staff, till taking the possession of the original policy? Again a sum of rs.4, 376.27 is payable to me (While i had paid a total sum of more than rs15, 000/- as premiums), was told by all the officials whom i have come across,
                                      I understand that it is a clear case of defrauding people to increase the volume of your business. I do hereby, once again ask to release my fund to my account within 7 days, else i shall be compelled to take the case to the appropriate authority to get the justice.

                                        On 14th of july, i applied for some jobs based on work from home (Data entry). On 15th july i received some calls... There is a company named crossway company offered a job to me to fill 12000 catchas in 12days with 90% accuracy. Per captcha they will give 2 rs... Overall it will be 24000 rs. Firstly.. That agent didnt told me that if i cant complete that work in 12 days with 90%accuracy... I'll have to give 6000 rs for their compemsation and registration fees. When i got to know about it, i asked her and she said..., "mam this will be complited afterall, dont worry about that." till that i signed that agreement so i, agreed to do that work. Whem i started it... There was a alert message that the page will open at 6pm... That alert page had been showed there for two days... I called the agent many times but there was no response at all. And when after two days it got started... I didnt filled a captcha there was showing 8 completed work block. And after i filled atleast 200 catchas... It showed only 39 completed work. I have there screenshot+time of doing and phone call recordingsthat. After filling 2000 catchas... It is stucked on 38 and there is no response from the company... I dont know what to do. There has been 10 days already. They didnt even sent the report of total work which had been done.

                                        I have purchased MacBook Pro battery.
                                        But battery is faulty. I have given for replacement, but 1 week over, he has not given the battery. Also at the time of purchased committed battery backup 3 hours. But now he is telling, I am not sure

                                        Also he is telling, he will deduct the GST while refund. But GST is not included in the bill
