Allahabad Bank — balance deducted from my saving account

Sir,
I used axis and yes bank atm at roorkee to withdraw amount of 10, 000 rs via atm card of allahabad bank but no cash was disbursed, withdrawal was refused. But i received sms that the amount of 10, 000 rs has been debited from my saving account. Bank statement from atm showed me deduction of the aforesaid amount.
