Allahabad Bank — behave very rudely

My account in allahabad bank hajipur r n college branch whose ifsc code id alla0212188. There staff so rudely talk to me i says that plz print all my transaction detail on my passbook. Because i want income tax filling. He says (Kewal balance update hoga. Passbook print nhi hoga kl aayeh). Then i go today he says (Nhi hoga agle month aayeh). The government new rule filing income tax before 31 march. I say this rule to upper senior member he says (Humko rule matt samjhaye nhi hoga mtlb nhi hoga). Plz handled you this matter very seriously.
