Allahabad Bank — Cash not received but deduct from a/c

Dear Sir/Madam,
I Kamleñdra Kumar Singh having an a/c in Allahabad bank, Gauriganj Amethi and the a/c no. is [protected]. When I tried to withdraw 6000 Rupees from my a/c on 08/02/2017 around 7:10 pm from Axis bank atm indralok colony lucknow I could not received cash and I received transaction receipt which shows Transaction declined unable to process, then I tried two-three times more for withdraw but cash not received. But when I checked my balance from the atm 16000 (sixteen thousand) rupees deducted from my account and still it is not refunded in my a/c.
So I kindly request you to look in to this matter and refund my money in my account.
