Allahabad Bank — complaint against a staff of your branch for misconduct | |||
Ref: Current account number [protected] Dear Sir/Madam, I am an existing customer of your esteemed bank at the branch office at Chandwak, Jaunpur U.P, bearing current account number [protected] I have been associated with the bank for a long time now and I consider myself as a loyal customer of your bank since I do all of my banking transactions through your bank. I am lodging this complaint very dishearteningly against one of the staffs of your bank at the said branch office. His name is Mr. Govind Prasad and as per my knowledge he is currently designated as Head Cashier . Kindly note the following sad incident that has happened with me and you be the judge of it . I was to Chandwak, Jaunpur branch as I have account with Chandwak, Jaunpur branch. I have given the form for my phone number change for 3 times but still my number was not changed so I asked them to check what's the problem he started to abuse me saying that I was talking like a illiterate person. do I look illiterate and is this the way your employees talk to their customer. I am very much hurt with behavior of your employee Mr. Govind Prasad and I am closing my account with your bank . Mr. Govind Prasad is Continuously talking over phone and giving time to me like today not possible come "tomorrowwwwwwww" . After giving his appointed time he again giving excuse server down come after 3 days next time telling i am talking over phone personal matter (Nearly 30 Minute) after that telling come next week . expecting best from Allahabad Bank such a Big Name in Banking .
