I have payment credit card bill though paytam on 19th FEB, 2022. Payment failed as bank server could not get a response. The amount was debited from my allahabad bank account (A/C NO -[protected]), 43126 rupees but the transaction is failed. But its showing on its will be automatically refund back to your account in 2-3 working days.

    Good evening team,
    I placed an order from Amazon for amount 1, 999 on 6th of Feb 2022 and due to some reasons I have to cancel that order. The Amazon team told me that the amount will be credited to my account by 11th of Feb 2022. I was checking everyday but no amount was credited, I tried all your customer care no but none was working. I again had a conversation with Amazon team on 11th of Feb that was the due date and they told me that they already have transferred the amount to the bank . They also provided me with the RRN I.e return refund number to track my status. But your customer care no is not working. Today is 14th of Feb 3 days prior to the due date but the amount is not credited yet. Can I please know how many days or years will the team take to credit me with the amount as 1, 999 amount is very huge for me . The due date was 11th Feb and today is 14th of Feb 2022. Team kindly credit my account with the refunded amount of 1, 999 .. it's a humble request from my side. Atleast track the details and let me know. I want this issue to be resolved by 15th of Feb 2022 or else it will not be good for you team .
    1, 999 amount is very huge team. Kindly check this issue and solve it as soon as possible.

      I visited branch today on date 14.2.21 and i saw main door of the banck was locked from inside. I knocked the door but no one was responding. I waited their almost 15-20 mins but no one was bothering.

      After that someone informed me this is lock cause of lunch time. As per my knowledge their is no perticular lunch time in banks. Staff may have lunch without intruption of customer service.

      This was happned with me twice. No one have this much of time to wait 1 hr. Staff is responsible of customer service but they even not bother to answer me.

      Plz take corrective action on it. I waiting for your response ASAP.

        After the merge of Allahabad Bank into Bank Of India. There are lots of issues and problems faced by account holders and bank staff also not give appropriate information. Most important issue is the problem of KYC. At first they will declare my account inoperative and whenever I go to the bank. They will give m excuses and do makes the excuses again and again just faulty machine or server down.
        So, please look into this matter and took some action asap.

          I ordered a product through Samsung Shop ( application) where UPI transaction of 15999 with reference number [protected] done on 29 Jan 2022 has successfully processed from my end but after 30min I received a mail from [protected]@shopping.in.samsung.com that payment of order number [protected](Samsung galaxy f42 smartphone ) has cancelled due to payment failure, where my money was deducted.kindly look into the matter and ask the bank to refund the deducted amount to my Allahabad bank account branch Shrinagar Mahoba 210433.

          My complaint is solved I have received money in my Allahabad Bank account, even after complaint I received a mail from sumsung india satateing that they have received payment and refund it in48-72 hrs I received money on 3feb2022 12: 32 and I raised a complaint on 02 feb2022 around 1pm

              They didn't reply my report about my claim form pmjby.Also they didn't provide the Policy number.when I ask for my policy number they just say link not available or print machine is not working and ect. I . I am going to bank daily but they didn't provide me anything accept his rude behaviour .

                  Even after submitting the KYC documents and amount in the saving account, the account is in still inactive status. The amount is submitted on the 26th of Nov 2021. KYC form is submitted on the 16th Nov 2021. The submitted amount is now reflected in the account but the account status remained inactive as per the bank officials. As per bank officials, it will take more than 1-2 months before the account will get active. I am not able to understand, even after submitting the KYC and amount as per policies, the account should get activated. If the amount gets updated in the account then its status should be changed to active. I am not sure who is hiding details here, the bank or the bank officials.

                        On 25th December I order 3 products from amazon and I paid 963 rupees from my allahabad bank debit card. But, due to some reason I cancelled and immediately Amazon return my money to my bank account. By 30st December, 2021 the amount should reflected on my bank statement, but I can not see till now. Please help me in this regards. Amazon said they sent me so, they shared me return reference no. So, if the bank needs evidences then I can share to them.

                          I have ordered 3 products in amazon on 25th december, 2021. But due to some reason I cancelled the order. Amazon debited from my allahabad bank account, 963 rupees. But, after cancelling Amazon retunred my money. But, till today, I can not find my money in my account, but Amazon said they sent my money. So, please help me.

                            I had took home loan from Allahabad bank manjari hadapsar pune 411028 taluka haveli district pune in 2017. Branch manager fill online details but it incorrect. My annual salary was 7.5. Manager shall fill form in MIG-1 catagary, but he fill form in EWS category. My all building member and applicant who fill form after me, received Subsidy.                               I have been coming to the bank for the past 8 months and the staff keep telling me to come the next week. I have an old allahabad bank passbook, and want to get a new one. The staff keep saying that either their printing machine isn't working or some other excuse.

                                        SUB: Complain against fraud committed against me by unauthorized debits to my SB A/C No.[protected] & No.[protected] with Indian Bank (erstwhile Allahabad Bank), Tollygunge Branch with the request for enquiry into the unauthorized transactions to find out the money trail.
                                        Respected Sir,
                                        This is to bring to your kind notice that inadvertently I had earlier sent emails addressed to Allahabad Bank, but now I recollect that Allahabad Bank has been merged and now known as Indian Bank. Further there were some typographical mistakes. Hence I am sending this corrected copy for your kind perusal and necessary action.
                                        A. INDIVIDUAL PARTICULARS
                                        I am:
                                        1. Ms. Jayasri Basu, a Member of Pronam of Kolkata Police (Facilitators for Sr.Citizens)
                                        2. Daughter of : Late Pankaj Kumar Basu.
                                        3. Status : Unmarried
                                        4. Employment: Retired School Teacher.
                                        5. Resident of : Udayan, UG 1102B, 1050/1 Survey Park, Kolkata-700075.
                                        6. Mobile No.[protected]/[protected]
                                        B. FACT OF THE CASE:
                                        This is to bring to your kind notice the following facts for immediate action:
                                        1. After I updated my Bank Pass Books for my SB A/C No.[protected] & No.[protected], I was taken aback to find that there were a numbers o[censored]nauthorized debits to my said accounts towards on line payments.
                                        2. The total amount o[censored]nathorised debits is given below:

                                        2 29.10.21 [protected] 90, 000/-
                                        Entries on 29th October, 2021, in my accounts may please be referred to. Hence a total amount of Rs.92, 000/- has been swindled from my Accounts.

                                        1. Shocked by those unathorised withdrawals, I immediately rushed personally to the Bank/Branch and brought the matter to the knowledge of the concerned Manager and other officials for taking suitable action against the fraud. On getting the above information the bank blocked the ATM Card and the above SB Accounts.
                                        2. I have diligently lodged a GD with Survey Park police (GDR No.2399 dated 29.10.21). The matter has also been brought to the notice of CYBER CRIME SECTION, Anti Fraud Department of KP, Lalbazar (Complain No21910).
                                        3. I have to run from pillars to posts even being a Sr.Citizen of advanced age who has recently been released from Hospital for treatment of illness.
                                        4. I vehemently deny to have carried out any such transaction on-line with above entities and hence I request that the debits ought to be reversed immediately.
                                        5. I am very much constrained to state that even after my repeated visits and requests to the bank, I am not been given any help and guidance/cooperation in the matter as to how to proceed to bring the perpetrators to book and the matter is kept brushed aside, blaming me for this misfortune. I am not aware of any enquiry being made by the Bank so far.
                                        A. PRAYER
                                        1. As per RBI Guidelines, please ensure that the loss is made good by credit to my account at the earliest.
                                        2. As it requires enquiry by the Kolkata Police, it would be appropriate the matter is brought to the notice of the local Police Station, under whose jurisdiction the Tollygunge Branch Allahabad Bank falls, as Allahabad Bank has a stake in this matter. Allahabad Bank may initiate action in this regards. Please do the needful.
                                        3. It cannot be overlooked that there may be likely involvement of insider in the Bank, otherwise such fraud could not have been perpetuated. The onus lies on the bank to find out how, ever after so much talked about cyber security, such fraud can take place in this Bank and thus please refer the matter to the appropriate authority, like Vigilance Department and Chief Regional Manager, Kolkata Division of Indian Bank (erstwhile Allahabad Bank), so that the money trail is found out and the culprit(s) could be brought to book. The findings would be helpful to tightened the inhouse cyber security of the bank and beneficial to other customers at large.
                                        4. I humbly request you that I may please be kept posted about any Action taken in this regards and status of enquiry, if any,
                                        5. In case I do not get any information in this regards within a fortnight, I may decide to approach the hon’ble RBI Ombudsman for redressal.
