Description of complaints
I had applied for home loan to buy the property of bhera enclave. Although my application for home loan is sanctioned and i got the money too. But the manager and other two above mentioned employees has sanctioned the loan on the basis of false statements. When i applied for home loan they have clearly mentioned that we have to pay only the processing fees that is 17, 250 only. All the other charges are included in this. But when the loan amount has disbursed they have deducted 38, 150 from my account even without informing me. When i asked them about this they are not giving me a suitable reply. I have call records as a proof.
My second and main complaint is against bank manager. Before sanctioning the home loan, she always uses the word that this is under my power to approve or reject the application. She asked for a bribe from us indirectly. When i refused her for giving bribe, her behaviour changed and she is also not explaining any reason why these charges are deducted from my account.
I want immediate action against the above three mentioned persons and in writing i want reply that what action has been taken by you against the manager and other two above mentioned persons.
