Allahabad Bank — i am complaining about allahabad bank manager sonbarsa sitamarhi bihar

My account is in allahabad bank sonbarsa sitamarhi
New manager of bank is very slow he is not doing work on time if we want to withdraw money from bank it takes 3 to 4 hrs approx
If we want to get atm card, net banking and other facilities from bank its like this is impossible from this bank

Bank situation is not good manager behaviour is very bad with costomers he never come on his time
I am apply for atm, net banking and loan through bihar student credit card but niether i got atm and nor got net banking also loan from 5month
I meet with branch manager don't do anything about my atm loan.
Plz sir you have to send your officers in allahabad bank sonbarsa to check bank position.
