Allahabad Bank — Imps payment failed

I initiated payment not reached in beneficial bank
Beneficial account also mine im working at icici bank escalation desk.
Amount debited with error beneficial time out even i checked in icici imps application shows rrn number not found or no record found, im ready to wait t+2wk days but i need amount to b ready in my account either beneficial account..
