Allahabad Bank — money declined from atm but amount debited from my account.

Dear sir,
I am a customer of allahabad bank of durganagar branch, west bengal (Ifsc-alla0211779). I went to idbi bank atm at baguiati to withdraw rs 8000/- money on the evening of 31st july 2018 by my allahabad atm card. But no money came out from the machine. Again i tried to withdraw the same amount. But again the money declined to come outside. Then i visited to induslnd bank atm. There i found that rs 8000/- had been deducted from my acount. I waited for sometimes as money get automatically credited after few hours against unsuccessful transaction. I found that only 4000/- gets refunded but the rest of 4000/- is still not credited to my acount. Kindly resolve the matter.
