Allahabad Bank — money deducted but withdrawal not processed

I made a transaction via atm card of allahabad bank branch vikas bhawan sitapur at atm of corporation bank of india.. Sitapur at 28.01.2019.
Money was not withdrawn by atm but account balance was deducted.
I was told to wait for 48 hours and money will be refunded so i waited for 48 hours but refund didn't processed.. Yesterday i filed a complain in allahabad bank but still refund is nowhere. Please help
