Allahabad Bank — money deducted from account but not received from atm

Dear sir,
My name is sukhvinder singh. I am from chandrapura dist - bokaro, jharkhand, my account no [protected] and my account in chandrapura bank, sir my problem is i am withdrawing rs 2000 from union bank of india atm located in bank more, dhanbad on 5/3/2018 after processing it shown on atm screen"temporary out of service" i can't get my money but money deducted from my account, after waiting 72 hours on 8/3/2018 i give a application to my home branch (Chandrapura) but now till 19/3/2018 i can't get my money and nothing help from anyone, please help me sir kindly help me on my issue, i am also sending a screenshot of my account statement, please resolve my issue as faster you can
