[Resolved] Allahabad Bank — money deducted from my a/c but money did not withdraw from ubi atm.

I have go to nearest (Union bank of india) ubi atm to withdraw a cash of rs. 6500.
We have put the pin amount in atm machine amount debited from my saving account but cash didn't out from atm machine due to the connectivity is go off on 20/10/2018 at 7: 10 pm about.
