Sir, i'm aparna gupta account no. [protected]. I had used atm on 25/11/18, rs.10000 has bee6n deducted from my account but i did not get money. I had made complaint on 27/11/18. My problem is still not resolved and the costumer care no. Is totally useless, either it is busy or no one received the call. Kindly resolve my problm and credit the money. Thankyou. I am paying Amazon pay 110rs and 60 rupees in 12/11/2018 but Amazon pay saying that payment is declined but refund not received and working day is already gone but no information about that payment
