Ac-[protected] Ammount-3000 Date -1 March 17 Order no- [protected] [protected] [protected] Atm no-[protected] Bank ifsc code-allao212539 Sir I'm adding money to pay tm wallet from my acc of Allahabad the Ammount of 3000. The Ammount was deducted from my acc n not received by paytm. I waited for 48 hrs but it was not refunded. This is very bad I hav tried three time so three order no of paytm. I also contact to paytm they reply me Dear Pintu, Greetings from Paytm! We have confirmed with your bank that Paytm has not received the amount Rs. 3000 under order id [protected]. Thus, would request you to kindly contact your bank directly. I tried so many time at customer care no but it always busy very bad service never pick the call. After then I went to home branch they told me to write a application. I done n gav the application.they said wait for 7 working day but it was not credited then I again went after seven day n wrote another application but no response after then I again resubmitted application still no response.and now wat can I do that's why I contacting urs.plz sir help me in dis matter.
