Allahabad Bank — not refund my money

Hello my name is Shweta
I order two saree from Amazon which is canceled due to courier problems and amazon refund my money on 6th March after waiting 7 days I called allahabad customer care number and they told me that we can't do anything if bank get the money they refund it and also he is too rude..Please take a action against this in past I already lost 500rs due to allahabad bank and now I again please help me sir
