Allahabad Bank — Not updated my KYC

Address:Allahabad Bank, Kasganj, district: Kansiram Nagar (U.P))

I have my savings account in Allahabad bank Kasganj (U.P) now it is merged with Indian Bank and I got new job in other district so my account is Currently un operational so I submitted my KYC documents to the bank on 9 june 2021 still they has not updated my KYC and their landline number is also not working. Passbook copy is attached with complaint.
