Allahabad Bank — Please help me

Address:11-6-825/3, Redhills, Lakdikapool

I had tried to order two items from Amazon on Jan 9. the order wasn't placed but amount was debited from my account.
I contacted the Amazon customer service but they told me they had already initiated the prefund.
Please help me out
