Allahabad Bank — prayer for transaction declined,amount debited from account | |||
Sir, I am a account holder of Allahabad Bank bearing A/C No-[protected] and I used my atm card twice on 15.05.2018 at 07:47 and 07:49 pm.through my paytm wallet. My atm Card was debited for Rs. 3000.00.The transactions has been declined in paytm, but the amount of Rs.3000.00.has been debited from my account. Now I want a refund of Rs. 3000.00. I request you to take necessary actions on this regard and get back to my account above mentioned rupees as early possible. Your faithfully Prokash Sarkar. My complaint is that my debit card has been locked for online transactions due to many more times otp has been isssued but transaction has not happened because otp has generated very late and i can't able to transact.so plzzz unlock my debit card
