Allahabad Bank — red bus refund issue

I have booked a bus by red bus app and the bus got cancelled and the money was to be refund and now it has been 10 days i had contact red bus also and bus operator they are saying they have initated the fund and it is pending with bank u have to complaint to bank they have given us bank reference no also
