Allahabad Bank — Refund not given the amazon | |||||
I ordered a product from amazon on 21st January 2017 i had selected cod payment and at the time of delivery i did the payment by card but the transaction was canceled twice and then i had to pay it by cash but after that the money (twice the amount of the product) was deducted from my account. I have been calling to amazon and they had asked me to file a dispute in the bank and when i went to the bank they said they are not responsible for the refund and only amazon can refund the money back to me. Hence i was asked by the amazon to file the dispute again. I hope you could help me to get my money back Was this information helpful? | |||||
