[Resolved] Allahabad Bank — refund not received my bank account

I ordered three t shart 549rs from Amazon.in via Allahabad Bank debit cards, but unfortunately the t shart is not fit for me the the poduct (Three t shart) return to Amazon. And they are give me refund amount rs 549 (5march 2019), but the problem is that my refund is not credited my bank account .I will try and communication Amazon marchent but they are not helping me. The are provide Refund reference number the number is[protected]. I also attached my mail coby and my last undate passbook .Sir please give me the refund as soon as possible.

Updated by Anirban Naskar I ordered three t-shirts from 549 RS Amazon.in order order- (Order #[protected]. And I was buying with the debit card of Allahabad Bank, but unfortunately I did not like to return the T-shirts, instead Amazon.in refunded my money on 5th March 2019, But the problem is that my money still has not reached my bank account. The last date for refund credit was on 12th March 2019, I contacted Amazon.in businessmen many times, but they did not help me. They gave me a refund reference number[protected] And I also contacted the bank. They did not help either. Both the bank and Amazon.in did not help me, so if I quickly get my 549 R.S refund, then I would benefit.I attached some documents bellow.
