Allahabad Bank — refund not reflect on account

I bought hitachi ac of 21999 rupee. Due to defective piece i returned the product safely to amazone. They said that they initiated the amount
On 3 july 2019 and mailed me refund get reflect at my bank account on 10 july 2019. But i did not get refund in my account till now.
According to bank there no amount refunded.
Transaction i'd given by amazone is[protected].
