Allahabad Bank — refund relative complaint

I have a refund related issue. Someday before i did online transaction on flipkart after that i cancelled it. They sent me the refund with a. R. N no and payment refrene no. I have been in my branch but they didn't even see my account and told me it is none of my business. I saw them a. R. N no nd payment reference number too but they didn't listen my problem..
