Allahabad Bank — regarding refund from online shopping site amazon with authorization code[protected] dated 5th june 2019

I would like to draw your kind attention on the fact that i am unable to get refund from amazon till yet. The refund process was done on 5th june 2019 having authorization code sent by amazon is[protected]. I had paid the amount though my rupay card which last four digit is 9052. My account number is [protected]. My name is birendra kumar singh. Please do needful action so that the amount reflect in my bank savings account. My account is ajoint account, another account holder name is girija devi.
